Custom Refractory Products
In-house precast manufacturing: bespoke refractory shapes and components built to your specification with controlled quality and lead times.
Made Here, Made Right
Our in-house manufacturing workshop produces custom precast refractory components for use across a wide range of industrial applications. From burner quarls and lintels to structural piers, tiles, and ceramic fibre modules, we manufacture to your drawings or site dimensions.
Producing components in-house gives us direct control over quality, consistency, and turnaround. It also means we can respond quickly when you need replacement parts or new components for a planned outage.
What We Manufacture
Burner quarls
Precision-cast for optimal flame shaping, heat distribution, and durability in high-temperature firing systems.
Lintels
Reinforced or plain cast sections providing structural support over openings in furnace and kiln linings.
Tiles
Pre-cast refractory tiles for wall, floor, or chamber linings, manufactured to suit specific thermal and mechanical requirements.
Piers
Heavy-duty structural shapes designed to support loads within furnaces, kilns, and heat treatment equipment.
Ceramic fibre modules
Pre-engineered modules in 1260, 1400, and 1600 grade for fast installation and high thermal efficiency.
Body soluble fibre modules
Bio-soluble alternatives meeting modern health and safety requirements.
All units can be manufactured to customer drawings or site dimensions using a local pattern maker. Material grades are selected to suit the operating temperature and service conditions.
Additional Capabilities
Pre-Firing Service
All precast shapes can be pre-fired in controlled programmes up to 540 degrees C to ensure dimensional stability and reduce on-site drying time.
Stainless Steel Fibre Reinforcement
Cast products can incorporate stainless steel fibres to improve structural strength, durability, and resistance to thermal shock.
Problems We Solve
Long lead times from external suppliers delaying your shutdown programme
Inconsistent quality from third-party manufacturers
Difficulty sourcing bespoke shapes for older or non-standard equipment
High cost of importing specialist precast components
Need for rapid replacement parts during unplanned outages
The Benefit to Your Operation
In-house manufacturing means shorter lead times, consistent quality, and the flexibility to produce components to your exact requirements. Because we also design and install, every precast shape we produce is engineered to fit properly and perform in service.
You deal with one company from specification through to installation, reducing coordination, eliminating finger-pointing, and giving you confidence in the end result.
