Dense Alumina Fire Bricks

Dense fire bricks for furnace linings, boilers, kilns, and incinerators. Available in 42%, 60%, and 80% alumina grades to suit applications ranging from general-purpose lining work through to severe high-temperature and high-wear environments.

42% Alumina Fire Brick

A reliable, medium-duty dense fire brick manufactured from quality fireclays and bauxite. Suitable for general furnace linings, boilers, kilns and incinerators where moderate temperatures and mechanical durability are required. Offers good resistance to thermal shock and abrasion.

60% Alumina Fire Brick

A high-duty dense fire brick with increased alumina content for improved strength, refractoriness and slag resistance. Ideal for more demanding furnace environments including steel and foundry applications where higher temperatures and chemical attack are present.

80% Alumina Fire Brick

A premium high-alumina dense brick designed for severe temperature and wear conditions. Provides excellent hot strength, superior slag resistance and strong structural integrity, making it suitable for high-temperature zones, burner blocks and critical hot-face areas.

Insulating Fire Bricks (IFB)

Lightweight insulating bricks for backup insulation and energy-efficient furnace designs. Available in 23, 26, and 28 grades, rated from 1260 degrees C to 1530 degrees C, to match your operating temperature and insulation requirements.

23 Grade Insulating Fire Brick

Lightweight insulating brick rated to approximately 1260°C. Provides excellent thermal efficiency with low thermal conductivity, ideal for backup insulation or lower temperature furnace linings.

26 Grade Insulating Fire Brick

Medium-grade insulating brick rated to approximately 1430°C. Combines good insulation properties with improved strength for higher operating temperatures.

28 Grade Insulating Fire Brick

High-grade insulating brick rated to approximately 1530°C. Suitable for hot-face insulation in energy-efficient furnace designs where both temperature resistance and weight reduction are important.

Insulation & Thermal Boards

Rigid insulation boards for structural insulation, hot-face lining, and thermal containment. Range includes calcium silicate board, ceramic fibre board (1260 and 1400 grade), and microporous foiled board for maximum insulation in minimum thickness.

(Standard size 1000 x 500mm in 25mm or 50mm thickness.

1000 Grade Calcium Silicate Board

A rigid, high-strength insulation board rated to 1000°C. Offers excellent thermal insulation with good mechanical strength, making it suitable for backup insulation, structural insulation and general heat containment applications.

1260 Grade Ceramic Fibre Board

A vacuum-formed rigid board manufactured from high-purity ceramic fibres. Provides low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance and ease of machining for furnace linings and hot-face insulation.

1400 Grade Ceramic Fibre Board

A higher temperature rated fibre board offering improved heat resistance and durability. Ideal for hot-face applications in high-temperature furnaces and kilns.

Microporous Foiled Board

Ultra-low thermal conductivity insulation board designed for maximum heat containment in minimal thickness. Foil-faced for improved handling and reduced dusting, ideal where space-saving high-performance insulation is required.

Insulating & Dense Castables

Castable refractories for cast-in-place lining, repair, and patching applications. Available from 1200 grade insulating castable through to 1700 grade hot-face castable, supplied in 25kg bags.

IC12 – 1200 Grade Insulating Castable

Lightweight insulating brick rated to approximately 1260°C. Provides excellent thermal efficiency with low thermal conductivity, ideal for backup insulation or lower temperature furnace linings.

IC14 – 1400 Grade Insulating Castable

Medium-grade insulating brick rated to approximately 1430°C. Combines good insulation properties with improved strength for higher operating temperatures.

LC1600 – 1600 Grade Hotface Castable

High-grade insulating brick rated to approximately 1530°C. Suitable for hot-face insulation in energy-efficient furnace designs where both temperature resistance and weight reduction are important.

LC1700 – 1700 Grade Hotface Castable

Lightweight insulating brick rated to approximately 1260°C. Provides excellent thermal efficiency with low thermal conductivity, ideal for backup insulation or lower temperature furnace linings.

1500 Grade Medium Weight Castable

Medium-grade insulating brick rated to approximately 1430°C. Combines good insulation properties with improved strength for higher operating temperatures.

Mouldable / Ramming Material

High-strength, air-setting refractory for patch repairs, burner blocks, door surrounds, and areas requiring hand placement or compaction. Supplied in 25kg boxes.

IP50 – Refractory Mouldable / Ramming Mix

A high-strength, air-setting refractory supplied in 25kg boxes. Designed for patch repairs, burner blocks, door surrounds and areas requiring hand placement or compaction. Offers excellent adhesion and good resistance to thermal cycling.

Ceramic Fibre Blankets

Lightweight, flexible insulation blankets for furnace linings, expansion joints, and high-temperature wrapping. Available in 1260 and 1400 grade, and in bio-soluble (body soluble) options that meet modern health and safety requirements.

1260 Grade Ceramic Fibre Blanket

Lightweight, flexible insulation blanket with low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal shock resistance. Suitable for furnace linings, expansion joints and high-temperature wrapping applications.

1400 Grade Ceramic Fibre Blanket

Higher temperature fibre blanket offering improved heat resistance and durability for more demanding furnace environments.

Body Soluble Blankets – 1260 & 1400 Grade

Bio-soluble fibre blanket designed to meet modern health and safety requirements. Provides the same thermal performance as traditional ceramic fibre with improved bio solubility characteristics.

Ceramic Fibre & Body Soluble Paper

High-temperature insulation paper for gasketing, expansion joints, separation layers, and thermal breaks. Available in ceramic fibre (3mm, 5mm, 10mm) and body soluble (3mm, 5mm) options.

Lightweight, flexible high-temperature insulation paper ideal for gasketing, expansion joints, separation layers and thermal breaks.

Ceramic Fibre Modules – 1260 & 1400 Grade

Pre-engineered fibre modules designed for fast installation and high thermal efficiency in furnace and kiln linings. Manufactured from high-quality ceramic fibre blankets, modules provide excellent insulation performance, low heat storage and strong resistance to thermal shock. Ideal for new linings or furnace upgrades where energy efficiency and installation speed are key.

Body Soluble Fibre Modules – 1260 & 1400 Grade

Bio-soluble fibre modules offering the same thermal performance and installation benefits as traditional ceramic fibre modules, while meeting modern health and safety requirements. Designed for high-temperature industrial applications requiring lightweight, energy-efficient lining systems.
1600 grade available on request.

Pre-cast components provide improved installation efficiency, reduced site labour, and reliable performance in demanding high-temperature environments.

Additional Capabilities:

Pre-Firing Service

All pre-cast shapes can be pre-fired in controlled programs up to 540°C to ensure dimensional stability and reduce site drying time.

Stainless Steel Fibre Reinforcement

Cast products can incorporate stainless steel fibres to improve structural strength, durability, and resistance to thermal shock.

All units can be manufactured to customer drawings or site dimensions using a local pattern maker, material grades are selected to suit the operating temperature and service conditions.
